Terms, refunds and privacy

One-time purchase, no subscription. If the plan isn't useful to you, email us within 30 days for a full refund. We don't keep your home details on our servers; they stay in your browser.

Who we are

The Home Reserve Plan is sold by CBAB Investments LLC, a Washington limited liability company. Questions and refunds: [email protected]. We answer within two business days.

What you get

For a one-time payment of $29 (US dollars) you get the full plan in your browser: the year-by-year 30-year schedule, both funding goals, the House Manual, CSV download and a printable version. It unlocks right after payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] from the address on your receipt within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. No questions asked. Refunds usually show up in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What this is, and what it isn't

The Home Reserve Plan is a planning tool for homeowners. It is not a reserve study by a credentialed Reserve Specialist (RS) or Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA). It is not a home inspection, appraisal, or financial, tax or legal advice. Lifespans and costs are typical national figures from the sources listed on the page. Your home and local prices will differ, so get local quotes before you budget or make a decision. You use the plan at your own discretion. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Privacy

Your home details (years, costs, model and serial numbers, notes) are saved only in your own browser. We don't receive or store them.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number. Stripe shares your name, email and the amount with us so we can send receipts and handle refunds. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Visit counts. To learn what's working, the page counts anonymous steps such as "visited", "used the estimator" or "clicked unlock", along with the link it came from (for example a video). We don't use cookies, ad trackers or cross-site tracking, and these counts aren't tied to you.
Waitlist. If you join the walk-through waitlist, we keep the email address and note you send. We use them only to contact you about a walk-through. Ask us any time and we'll delete them.
We don't sell or share your information.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Whatever terms were posted when you bought apply to your purchase.
